Our courses cater for both professional and recreational users, drawing on over a decade of experience not only delivering training, but using these machines in the workplace.
Quadbikes are becoming increasingly popular in the workplace, with leisure users and with the professional rescue services. However, incorrect use and unsafe practices can, and do lead to serious injuries.
The industry leading LANTRA courses we provide fulfill the requirements under PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998) and are recognised under the HSE/HSA and HSENI.
Courses cover Health and Safety, physical attributes of ATVs, safe use of controls and driver aids, vehicle checks and preparation, loading, assessment of terrain and riding techniques.
We can provide training either at a venue of your choosing (subject to meeting suitable criteria) or at one of our pre-selected training venues throughout the UK- please contact us for further details.
Vehicles and the environment
Central to all of the training and offroad activities we provide is a responsible approach to off road vehicle operating, minimising environmental damage and nuisance to others. We endeavour to work to the principles laid down by treadlightly! For off road vehicle use, these can be found here:
